G.I. Bill Pay Service provides bill payment services for Americans overseas.

GIBP electronically debits money from customer’s U.S. bank accounts, convert the dollars to the local currency, and pay the bills the customer has asked us to pay.

How it works

GIBP will debit your U.S. bank account on military paydays immediately following the direct deposit of your paycheck. We debit following your direct deposit to help alleviate your concern of overdrawing your account.

Is it safe?

Yes! GIBP uses U.S. banking system software to withdraw/deposit money from/to your account. You are protected by U.S. law against unauthorized withdrawals from your account.

In addition, GIBP has been paying bills for Americans in Japan since 1999, Korea since 2005, and Germany since 2008.
